The developers are almost completed with the new stable global registration and login feature. As described last week the original system had to be ripped out as it was too unstable in bridging the various sites included in the single login protocol.

The devs have given us a going live date of 19th March.

Other news…

You no longer need to verify your Towah account. We have implemented a system that does that for you. But please keep your Towah account info in a safe place. There are too many members not keeping their login info which then generates multiple support tickets and a massive backlog of members waiting to have their issues answered.

Important: if you contact Towah support only do it using the email address you used when you registered with them. This is additional security for your protection.

Sqip Support: we will soon be introducing a new ticketing support system. This is a web based system that allows you to follow your support ticket responses as well as select from several categories of support. There will also be a very useful knowledge base and quick self help section where you can locate instantly what to do in the most common support scenarios like lost passwords etc.

We are taking on more support staff soon to facilitate 24/7 support. Please be patient during this process as it will include training by our experienced staff which may mean that support tickets take a little longer to answer.

Back office: You can listen to a new audio in your back office area. This is a 40 minute interview with one of the founders of Sqip. It will give you some insights to the Sqip project and philosophy of its founders. You will see the audio play button at the top of the news panel.

Monthly subscriptions: You can once again lock in the current PEP price of 25 cents for the next 6 months. Decide on the monthly amount you want to pay for the next 6 months; make the first payment via credit card of existing Towah funds and your account will be updated within a few hours with ALL the peps plus the 100% matching bonus.

Example: if you opt to pay 300 Euros per month your account will be credited with 14,400 PEPs after receipt of your first payment of 300 Euros. You then have six months to pay the remaining balance. We will send you a reminder every month to make the next payment.

PEP Price: The PEP price will go up on Saturday the 14th March at 6pm GMT. The price has been held at 25 cents for several weeks but now it must be released to reflect the membership growth in Sqip. The price will go up to 30 cents and then be re valued every week from now on.

MasterCard: Card ordering is active. Your account is will be credited with 300 bonus PEPs when your card order is processed.
